Delete your Wowch account

You can request deletion of your Wowch account and associated data at any time.

Delete in the app

1. Open Wowch and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm the deletion request.

Request deletion without the app

Email [email protected] with the subject “Wowch account deletion.” Include the email address or other account details you used with Wowch so we can identify your account. We may ask you to verify that the account is yours before deleting it. You can also use our support form.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your account and associated profile, videos, comments, votes, and points from the active service. Your videos and profile will stop appearing publicly. Some copies may remain in secure backups or caches for a limited time before they are cleared. We may keep information when required by law or needed to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. Anonymous or aggregated information that can no longer identify you may be retained. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
